PTFE-Band

The PTFE bands (Teflon bands) sit over the sealing wire and prevent the hot polymer from sticking to the sealing jaws during the sealing process. The non-stick effect of the Teflon begins to degrade after approx. 1,700 seals. To maintain the quality of the seams, both bands must be replaced. The change can easily be carried out yourself.

Clesana C1 power management incl. cables

Easy electrical installation and even more independence! The Clesana C1 power management combines the functions of a relay and a DC/DC charger. In combination with a buffer battery, the Clesana C1 can be installed quickly and easily using the power management’s pre-assembled cables. Via the control input, the current flow from the buffer battery is released when the Clesana C1 is in use; in standby, the buffer battery is charged via the Clesana power management at a 2 A charging current. It is controlled simply via a 12 V permanent-positive cable. Even if the on-board battery fails, the Clesana C1 can still be operated via the buffer battery.
