Where is your data processed?
Clesana AG is based in Switzerland. Clesana AG’s data processing is therefore carried out in Switzerland. If you contact us or access our website, your data will therefore be processed in Switzerland. However, our third-party service providers Shopify and Logsta process your data in the European Union (in Germany and Austria, respectively). Data transfers between the European Union and Switzerland are based on an adequacy decision by the respective data protection authorities.
How long do we store your data?
