Software Update for your Clesana C1

We are constantly working to improve the software for your Clesana C1. Whether it’s fixing minor bugs or enhancing usability based on feedback from our users. With the firmware update, you’ll receive all the optimizations that make your Clesana C1 even better—quickly and at no cost.

What you need for your Clesana C1 software update:

Only systems running Windows 10 or later are supported!

How it works

Check which software version is currently installed and whether a new version is available (see “Software Version” below).

Remove the cover on the back of the Clesana C1. If it is difficult to access, see the video for alternative methods.

Keep Clesana C1 serial number ready.
(See below for details on how and where to find them)

Download the software file, run the program, and follow the instructions.
IMPORTANT: A stable internet connection is required for this.
